Job Description:
Reporting to the the Relationship Manager and Marketing and E-Commerce Manager, He/She will be in charge of supporting all the marketing activities. He or she will be a key player in coordinating and implementing all the marketing activities by contacting other channels, communicate to inter and extra department, Responsible for letter, proposal, agreement, report, stock opname of giftaways, and other things. He or She should have to make sure that everythings has already implemented well.
Job Responsibilities:
Supported all the marketing activities under of supervisor by Marketing Coordinator
Doing the marketing administration tasks to support all marketing team
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, as well as outside contacts.
Organizing filing, proposal, Mou, database and all the Marketing database
Maintain and report inventory, order supplies as needed and receive delivered supplies
Doing the Media relations, maintaining the media, Press release, media monitoring and PR activities
Responsible for daily photo taking
Contacting sponsors, vendors and 3rd parties
Prepare the monthly marketing report
Reponsible, maintain and updating the Marketing Database every day
Responsible for stock opname of giftaways
Tracking the promotion strategy of what the marketing Head’s implementation
Coordinating with all hotel’s section to make sure that the marketing strategy has been implemented
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with good customer-service skills.
Experience with cross-platform (Mac & PC) software application, design graphic and document management.
Task oriented with the ability to execute a given project (set of projects) from start to finish in a timely manner.
Creative, flexible, Hard worker, customer-focused, and self motivated.
Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop or other design program
Willing to work under pressure and a very tight deadline.
Requirements:
Diploma or University Degree in secretary, marketing, public relation or related faculty
Minimum 6 months doing the training in our hotel
Excellent command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa.
Must possess a friendly, energized, Neat and outgoing personality.
Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Ms Office (Word, Excel).
